Srikant Sastri is an expert strategist on digital transformation, innovation, incubation, entrepreneurship & intrapreneurship. He has completed his MBA from IIM Calcutta. His current interest is in transforming Universities into Hubs of Innovation & Entrepreneurship. Srikant also works with CEOs and owners of fast-growing organizations to help them navigate through the challenges and opportunities in an uncertain world. As a mentor and advisor, he guides them in incubating new ideas, initiatives and ventures that bring in growth. As an experienced entrepreneur with two successful exits, he learned firsthand what it takes to build and scale large ventures. Srikant’s focus is on building innovation ecosystem with digital transformation, M&A-based growth strategy & Intrapreneurship at its core. ‘The Ventilator Project’ is his first co-authored book, a perfect success story of rapid innovation that created growth.

Aditi, a recent graduate (2023) from Ashoka University, brings a unique combination of technical and business skills to the table. Her Computer Science & Entrepreneurship major, coupled with a minor in Economics, positions her perfectly for the fast-paced world of startups. Currently, she's putting her knowledge to work as a Product Manager at a Bangalore-based early-stage startup. Beyond her academic achievements, Aditi thrives on challenges – she loves problem-solving and building products from the ground up. Her passion extends to fostering connections, with a genuine interest in creating communities.
